Student data stays on your device and your iCloud. We never have access to it.
Information We Collect
The School Edition stores student names and progress data that you enter. This information is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data — it stays entirely within your Apple ecosystem.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We are committed to protecting children's privacy. The app does not collect personal information directly from children. All student data is entered and controlled by educators or parents. No data is shared with third parties.
Audio Recordings
When students use the Record & Listen feature, audio recordings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone. Recordings can be overwritten with new attempts and are deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Analytics and Tracking
The app may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to help improve the product. This includes which features are most used and general usage patterns. This data cannot identify individual users or students.
Third-Party Services
The School Edition uses Apple's iCloud for data synchronization. iCloud is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate with any advertising networks, social media platforms, or other third-party services.
Data Storage
Student data is stored in two locations: (1) locally on your device, and (2) in your personal iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled. You have complete control over this data. We do not maintain servers that store your student data.
Data Retention
Student data persists as long as you keep it in the app. You can delete individual student profiles at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through your Apple account settings.
Your Rights
You have full control over all student data. You can view, modify, or delete any student profile at any time. Since we don't store data on our servers, you maintain complete ownership of all information.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify users through the app or our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
